Launch of New MSQ.Health Website

Most people wake up and get on with life. But when they wake up with pain, fatigue, anxiety, a hernia, brain fog, slow recovery, or a health problem they want fixed, finding the right care should be simple – and it should not bust their bank balance.

That is the reality our new MSQ Health website has been built around.

On Monday, 25 May 2026, MSQ Health will launch its new website, designed to help people find practical, affordable healthcare options based on the condition or problem they are trying to solve.

MSQ Health is all about improving access to health services while working hard to keep costs down. Our goal is to make it easier for people to find the right service, understand their options, and access care without unnecessary delay or confusion.

The website is structured around both Services and Conditions. This means patients can search for a specific service, or come directly through a condition page and see what treatment options may be available to them.

The launch will happen in two phases.

Phase 1 introduces our expanded range of services, including:

Hernia Surgery
MSQ Health is introducing a new approach to hernia repair – delivered by highly skilled surgeons in procedure rooms around the country. For suitable patients, this offers a convenient, affordable, low-risk surgical pathway with a strong focus on good outcomes and practical recovery.

As more surgeons join the service, we will expand our locations. Once this model is established, we plan to introduce other surgical procedures that can safely and effectively be performed in a procedure room setting.

Wellness and Recovery Services
We are also launching new Wellness and Recovery services, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy – HBOT and rTMS Therapy.

HBOT is one of the most versatile therapies being introduced through MSQ Health. It may support healing, recovery, inflammation reduction, post-surgical recovery, pain management, neurological recovery, Long COVID symptoms, sports injury recovery, and many other conditions.

rTMS is a drug-free, non-invasive treatment option for selected mental health conditions, including depression, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety-related presentations, OCD, PTSD, and ADHD. It offers another pathway for people who have not had the results they hoped for from medication alone, or who are looking for a treatment option without systemic medication side effects.

TeleHealth GP Service
MSQ Health will also be introducing its own TeleHealth GP service, currently scheduled to launch in August 2026. This will add another practical access point for patients who need timely GP support, follow-up care, referrals, or guidance on next steps.

Phase 2 will introduce online booking and payment facilities, making it easier for patients to choose appointments, confirm bookings, and pay online.

We already offer payment by credit card and direct payment through POLi. We currently support Southern Cross Easy Pay, and MSQ Health is also accepted by UniMed and nib health insurance, where patients can submit their invoices for refund.

This launch will also align with our new Google Ads campaign, helping more New Zealanders find practical, affordable healthcare options when they need them.

MSQ Health is growing – and this new website is the next step in making specialist healthcare easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to access.
