Before You Book
Do I need a GP referral to book?
Mental Health and Day Surgery require a GP referral before your appointment. If you don’t have one, our team can advise on how to get one quickly — just mention it in your enquiry.
TeleGP, HBOT, and rTMS do not require a GP referral — you can enquire and book directly.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Across all services, MSQ Health typically offers appointments within weeks — significantly faster than the public system. TeleGP is often same day or next day. After submitting your enquiry, our team will contact you within 1 business day to confirm the earliest available slot.
Can I book for someone else — e.g. my child?
Yes. You can book on behalf of a child, spouse, or anyone in your care. Just mention it in the enquiry form (e.g. “booking for my 9-year-old son”) and our team will collect the right details and set the appointment up correctly.
Is Southern Cross health insurance accepted?
Yes — MSQ Health is an approved Southern Cross Easy-Claim provider. We process eligible claims directly at your appointment. NIB and UniMed are also accepted. Please mention your insurer in the enquiry form and we’ll confirm your cover before your appointment.
