What we Provide
MSQ Health Services — Currently Available
MSQ Health currently provides access to four service areas. Each is designed to remove barriers — whether those barriers are cost, waitlists, geography, or simply not knowing where to start.
Medical Services
TeleGP consultations, medical assessment, advice, and referrals — available by secure video or phone from anywhere in New Zealand. Often same day or next day.
Surgical Services
Selected same-day procedures including hernia and haemorrhoid treatment — performed in modern procedure rooms by experienced surgeons, at significantly lower cost than hospital-based surgery.
Mental Health Services
Psychiatry services, ADHD assessment and treatment, depression, anxiety, and medication management — for adults, children, and adolescents. Telehealth nationwide and in-clinic in Auckland and Wellington.
Recovery Services
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, rTMS, and recovery-focused treatment pathways for Long COVID, brain injury, treatment-resistant depression, and more.
Our Approach
Built Around Access, Fairness, and Outcomes
MSQ Health is not built around profit maximisation or volume throughput. It is built around the principle that more New Zealanders should be able to access good medical care, faster, at a price that is fair.
Don’t get us wrong though, we must make some profit in order to continue to serve you.
Provide access where services are limited or difficult to obtain — in regions, for conditions, and for patients who have fallen through the gaps.
Support both insured and self-paying patients — with pathways designed for people with health insurance and those without.
Offer fair and transparent pricing — fees quoted upfront, no hidden costs, no surprises after treatment.
Work with experienced, New Zealand registered clinicians — all MSQ Health clinicians are appropriately credentialed and registered with the relevant NZ authorities.
Ensure clinicians and support staff are paid fairly — fair remuneration keeps good clinicians engaged and delivering good care.
Partner with existing facilities where possible — rather than building new infrastructure, MSQ Health works with GP practices, clinics, and specialist facilities already trusted by their communities.
Support GP practices to continue serving their patients — MSQ Health works alongside GPs, not around them, strengthening the primary care relationship rather than bypassing it.

Start with a TeleGP appointment. A GP can assess your situation, review your symptoms, and guide you to the most appropriate next step — within MSQ Health or elsewhere.

MSQ Health is not designed to replace your GP or your existing medical team. Our aim is to provide additional access, structured pathways, and practical treatment options when patients need them.
We work with patients, GPs, specialists, suppliers, and existing facilities to help more people access the services they need sooner. Where public care is available and timely, we support patients to use it. Where it isn’t — we provide an alternative that doesn’t compromise on quality or outcomes.
